Doug's pulled pork step by step
- rub olive oil onto pork.
- mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- hand rub pork working into meat well.
- mix stock ingredients in crock pot.
- add pork to crock pot simmer for 5 to 6 hours.
- remove pork from pot shred by hand or with fork.
- skim fat from stock,strain, ( save onions and garlic and some of the stock to add to BBQ sauce).
- in bowl mix 1, 475 ml. bottle of Sensations Tequila Lime Habanaro BBQ sauce, with saved stock and onions and garlic.
- simmer in crock pot for another 45 min..
- serve with coleslaw on a toasted hamburger bun.
