- You need of white mushrooms.
- You need of butter.
- Prepare of garlic.
- You need of creme fraiche.

- Wipe mushrooms, then cut any larger ones into halves or even quarters..
- Crush garlic cloves (easy with a sprinkle of sea salt on top).
- Melt butter in a large saute pan..
- Add mushrooms and garlic and sizzle on a medium heat for 8- 10 mins, until turning brown but not yet yeilding all their mushroomy juices..
- Add the creme fraiche and season with a little more salt and some freshly ground black pepper..
- Warm through until the creme fraiche is bubbling hot..
- Serve either as a side/sauce or on buttered toast :).
