  2. You need of butter.
  3. Prepare of garlic.
  4. You need of creme fraiche.

  1. Wipe mushrooms, then cut any larger ones into halves or even quarters..
  2. Crush garlic cloves (easy with a sprinkle of sea salt on top).
  3. Melt butter in a large saute pan..
  4. Add mushrooms and garlic and sizzle on a medium heat for 8- 10 mins, until turning brown but not yet yeilding all their mushroomy juices..
  5. Add the creme fraiche and season with a little more salt and some freshly ground black pepper..
  6. Warm through until the creme fraiche is bubbling hot..
  7. Serve either as a side/sauce or on buttered toast :).
