- Cut the bell pepper, green beans, tomatoe, garlic.
- Put the ground beef in a medium heat pan and mince it really fine.
- When the ground beef is minced add the bell pepper, green beans, sweet corn, garlic, tomatoe.
- Stir it add some oil.
- Putt the taco seasoning mix into the pan with 1DL water.
- Stir it for like 5 minutes.
- Putt everything in a bowl.
- Plate it: first some nacho's then the ground beef mixture then the lettuce and shredded cheese.
