- You need of Yeast.
- You need of Salt.
- It's of Water.
- You need of Oil for frying.
- You need of Baking powder.
- It's of Onion and scotch bonnet.
Funkasau step by step
- Put your wheat flour, yeast, salt, baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Blend your onion and scotch bonnet.
- Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Cover the dough in an airtight container and keep for 1hr.
- Heat oil and fry on both side(use your finger to make a whole in the middile while putting it into the oil).
- Turn the other side until done.
