- Prepare of Marinade.
- Prepare of Marmite.
- Prepare of soy sauce.
- It's of sweet sauce.

- You need of potato starch or deep frying flour.
- You need of Sauce.

Marmite Pork (air-fried) instructions
- Marinade pork for 20 to 30 mins.
- Add egg white and frying flour and coat well.
- Deep or air fry pork cutlets until crispy, approx 30 mins @ 150 degrees. Deep frying is faster, approx 15 mins.
- Drain pork and set aside.
- Combine sauces and water in bowl (without corn starch mixture) and mix well until Marmite is dissolved. Bring to boil in wok or pan.
- Add pork into the sauce and pour corn starch mixture until thicken. Coat evenly.
