Homemade sausage step by step
- I minced d meat,wash and feel d beetroot,grate and add to d minced meat.
- Add d minced meat,grated beetroot and all d remaining ingredients in to d blender add a little water and blend well till smooth and pour back in to a bowl.
- Lined ur clinq film,take a portion of ur blend,add on to d clinq film and roll like 2times,then use scissors to cut d roll wt some extra film,then roll over again.
- Try and tie d extreme ends of d film as shown here,and repeat all d procedures untill u finish ur meat blend.
- In a pot of boilling water add d sausage allow to cook for 15munites,strain and add directly in to a bowl full of ice cold water,and allow to stay for 8-10munites then strain again.
- Take one of d sausage,cut d tieds and remove d sausage.And dis is what we have at d end.There is no harm in trying for sure..
