Ingredients of Vegetable soup and fufu
- Prepare of Palm oil.
- You need of Ugu.
- It's of Water.
- You need of Stockfish.
- It's of Dried fish.
- It's of Ponmo.
- You need of Maggi.
- It's of Crayfish.
- It's of Pepper.
- You need of Meat /fish.
- You need of Fufu(casava flour).

Vegetable soup and fufu instructions
- Wash and cook the stock fish and meat until they are soft.
- Allow the water to dry.then add the water leaf after washing and every other ingredients and allow to steam.
- Add ur Ugu leaf and turn to mix very well and taste for salt.
- Allow to boil for some minutes then serve.
- Put water in a pot and allow to boil then mix ur cassava flour in it until is thicker.
- Then serve with the vegetables.
