- Wash ur beef and place in a pot,add onions,knorr,salt and boil,add more water to cook till done..
- While d beef is still cooking,get ur leaves and wash them properly and set aside..
- Once d beef is done,add ur crayfish,onions,dry pepper and palm oil and simmer on high heat for a few mins till d stock has reduced and a bit thick..
- Add ur ugwu,cover and simmer for 2-3 mins..
- Open and add ur water leaf,stir thoroughly and simmer for 2-3 mins, taste for salt and correct accordingly..
