  3. Into the well cooked beef and stockfish, add your palm oil, blended pepper and crayfish, finely chopped garlic and kponmo then stir and allow the stock to cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add your sliced waterl eaf and ugwu leaf then stir, taste for salt and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Use a clean boiled water to make your desired quantity of eba.
