- Wash and slice ugu,Waterleaves and ukazi.
- Boil the meat and stockfish,with onion,palmoil,salt,royco cubes when is soft and the stock dried up.pour in the sliced water leaves and boil untill water reduces.add pepper,Crayfish,salt,okpei and stir very well let it simmer so that the spices added can boil well.then add utazi(blend) cook for 4minutes and the last is ugu.stir.
