- Rinse pork in cold water and place in baking dish or foil.
- Pour Worcestershire sauce over pork evenly.
- Season meat with sugar, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
- Cut apples into wedges while removing core/seeds and layer on top of pork.
- Top apples with butter and drizzle maple syrup.
- Cook on medium low heat on grill for 40 mins (or until temp has reached 150 degrees F) or in oven at 325.
- If cooking on grill, remove meat from foil and place on grill just long enough to brown lines.
