Chilli Chicken step by step
- Wash the chicken pieces and add chilli sauce..
- Add egg whites..
- Now add all-purpose flour, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes..
- Cut capsicum and onion in cubes..
- Heat oil in a skillet..
- Add red food colour in marinated chicken and fry them in hot oil..
- Fry till crisp and remove from oil..
- Soak fried chicken pieces in hot water for 5 minutes, so that they remain soft..
- Heat oil in another pan and put onion and capsicum cubes..
- Fry on high flame for 3 minutes and then add fried chicken pieces..
- Add soya sauce and cook on high flame for 2 minutes..
